I have done a lot of research on gout, there is a list of foods you need to stay away from but, it is a of toxin that are building up and not passing from you system, my first suggiestion is to drink as much water as you can if you have kidney problems that is the start of the problem because you body is not flushing properly, add cranberry juice to you diet but as much water as you can drink, I have worked with several people and during weight loss gout seams to be an issue because you are burning fat which stores all the toxins, they need to be flushed from you system, so agia lots of water

I have Gout in my Big Toe. Hurt Soooooo bad!?
Any ideas as to how to lessen the pain? I can barely walk.

There is a product that may prove to be remarkably effective for you in the long run. (For now, it looks like you have good pain tips). I have been studying the properties of Zeolite for years (mostly in air filtration), in particular its remarkable ability to capture urine odors in its tiny cellular caves. Gout, in effect, is crystallized spears of uric acid that can be incredibly painful.
I’m going to ask you to do your own research. Look under liquid zeolite. A friend of mine just started taking it and is having some incredible results. I am not a dealer and I’m not looking for biz. Check it out, and see what you think. If it is effective please let me know.

Sandy asks…
Should you change your diet when being diagnosed with gout?
My husband has gout. So far he has had 2 attacks in the big toe. He takes his medication to control uric acid levels regularly. What are some diet changes that have helped gout?

admin answers:
Well, you know everything usually depends on the individual and the seriousness of the symptons. But I have heard that sodium, eggs, and shellfish can agitate it. Also, avoid walking and sitting on conrete if possible(this also has a physical affect on the gout).
